S.R.O. (I)/2004-: In exercise of powers conferred by clauses (b) and (c) of section 9 of the Customs Act 1969(IV of 1969) , the Central Board of Revenue is pleased to direct that the following further amendments shall be made in its Notification No.S.R.O.102(I)/83, dated the 12th February,1983, namely:-
In the aforesaid Notification, in the Schedule, in column 1, in Part C, after serial number 16 and entries relating thereto in columns 2 and 3, the following new serial number and the entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-
“17. Anam Bostan. Anam Bostan, near Noshki, All goods from Iran.”
