SRO (I)/2002 - In the exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Customs Act, 1969 (IV of 1969) the Federal Government is pleased to prohibit the taking out of Pakistan by air, sea or land any copy of the book titled “Tareekhi Dastavaiz Shias Muslims or Kafirs” written by Mrs. Zia-ur-Rahman Farooqi and any other book, magazine, paper or document containing copies, reprints or translations of or extracts from the said book.
